What is the cost of IiYP?

There is a small administration fee for the Award. The fee is charged for the administration of the scheme and covers each employer for a 3 year period. Reassessment will be required at the end of this 3 year period to maintain the standard.

The maximum fee charged businesses, based on turnover is as follows:

will be £375 + VAT, for a medium sized business £750 + VAT and for a large organisation £1,500 + VAT.

Size of business is based on turnover as follows:

• Medium (£5m + turnover)                                                                                          £750 + vat
• Large (£50m + turnover)                                                                                            £1,500 + vat
• Public Sector bodies (Local Authorities, LEPs; FE Colleges; Universities         £750 + vat
• Voluntary and Not For Profit community based organisations                           £375 + vat
